Constrained spherical deconvolution (CSD)-based tractography of the right corticospinal tract (CST), in a patient with a large intra-ventricular tumor (central neurocytoma). The tract appears deviated by the enlarged ventricles, but can be followed through its whole length. The fan-shaped configuration of the CST can be observed in its superior part.
